This page explains how ABIA uses artificial intelligence tools in building and operating this website, and what that means for you.

How ABIA Uses AI

ABIA uses AI tools in two ways on this website:

  • Content drafting — AI assistance is used to help draft written content (such as page text). All AI-assisted content is reviewed and edited by ABIA staff before publication; AI drafting tools do not publish content directly or make final editorial decisions.
  • Image generation — Some photographs on this website are generated using AI image tools rather than photographed from real ABIA facilities, staff, or accredited partners, unless otherwise indicated. These images are used to illustrate general concepts (such as vocational training or professional work) and do not depict real, identifiable individuals.

What This Website's Verification Tool Is — and Isn't

Our certificate verification tool is a direct database lookup by serial number. It is not an AI system, does not use machine learning to make decisions, and does not evaluate or infer anything about a certificate beyond matching the serial number you enter against our records.

Data and AI Tools

Where AI tools are used in operating this website, we do not submit visitor personal information (such as contact form submissions or certification records) to third-party AI tools as part of normal website operation. AI tools are used for content and image creation during site development, not for processing visitor data.

Accuracy of AI-Assisted Content

While AI-assisted content is reviewed by ABIA staff, AI tools can occasionally produce errors. If you notice any inaccurate information on this website, please let us know at info@abia.us so we can correct it.

Future AI Features

ABIA may introduce additional AI-powered features on this website in the future (such as an AI-assisted chat tool to answer common questions). If and when such a feature is introduced, this policy will be updated to describe what data it processes and how, before that feature goes live.
